Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and garment bags are included and intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the garment at our New York warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
